Is this safe?
The APK is built and signed by OrigAfric Softwares (K) Ltd. Android may warn about "unknown sources" because it is not distributed through Google Play — this is normal for direct APK installs.
What about updates?
The app loads the live published site, so most updates happen automatically. You only need to re-download the APK when the app icon, splash screen, or native permissions change.
