30-day money-back guarantee

OrigAfric Softwares offers a 30-day money-back guarantee on paid MkulimaOS subscriptions. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may request a full refund within 30 days of the initial order date, no questions asked.

How to request a refund

Refunds are processed by our payment provider and Merchant of Record, Paddle. To request a refund:

  1. Visit paddle.net and look up your order using the email address you used at checkout, or
  2. Contact OrigAfric Softwares support from within MkulimaOS and we will forward your request to Paddle on your behalf.

Refunds are returned to the original payment method. Depending on your bank or card issuer, it can take several business days for the funds to appear.

Renewals

Subscriptions renew automatically. You can cancel at any time through the Paddle customer portal to prevent future charges. If you were charged for a renewal you did not intend, please contact us promptly and we will work with Paddle to resolve it fairly.

Chargebacks

Please contact us or Paddle before initiating a chargeback with your bank — we can usually resolve issues faster and without disruption to your account.
